One of
the hardest parts of starting your landscape in motion is
picking up the phone. To make this process easier, here is
what to expect from our design process:
Step 1:
Before you call, take down some notes. Ask yourself these
questions:

What do I want to accomplish? (hide neighbors, create
outdoor living space, etc.) |

plants do I like? |

much time do I want to spend working in the garden? |
| Do
I want my landscape to look exceptional at any given time
of the year? |

Step 2:
Call our Landscape Department at 937-274-1154
and ask for our Landscape Sales Manager- Theresa. She will
take your information and ask you some basic questions about
what you would like to do with your landscape, then match
you with an experienced
Siebenthaler Landscape Designer according to your needs.
An on-site appointment will be scheduled at your convenience.
There is a fee for our time and ideas and expertise. We charge
a $75 consultation fee that can be applied to many of our
landscape projects. This $75 dollar fee will cover the first
hour of consultation, further consultation and design time
will be billed depending on the scope of your project.
Step 3:
Our Designer will meet you at your home, and assess your needs
and your site. We will offer ideas that match your needs and
desires. These ideas may be verbal, or they may be in the
form of a full design. Many Do-It-Yourselfers will either
ask for a general idea or have our designers draw up master
plan for them. Most customers will request a quote for the
project, with or without a full drawing. The options are vast,
but the end result is always success.
